Whoops! Been a little MIA, sorry! Monday I had a decent upper body work out. Tuesday I did a decent HIIT. But, today was an AWESOME lower body work out. I did a lot of moves, so I won’t bore you with the details, but one move that I MUST share is the Bulgarian split squat.
Basically it’s a squat except one leg is behind you on a bench. I’m guessing walking will be difficult tomorrow.
Second favorite move of the day was the single leg dead lift.
I think the key to fitting a lot in is hitting the gym with a plan. I used the note pad on my phone to plan my work out last night and when I realized how much I crammed into 1 hour this morning I was kind of shocked!
While I’m sharing fun tips, here’s a 2 parter… I ordered Hanky Panky‘s off of Rue La La, and they came today!
